• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT BETWEEN WARE <br />ROAD AND HODGSON ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve an area located from Ash Street north <br />1,500 feet and between Hodgson Road and Ware Road and to assess <br />the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to City Engineer, <br />Ron Stahlberg and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in <br />a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the esti- <br />mated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council- this 14th day of March, 1988. <br />Benjamin <br />Mar <br />lyn G.IAnderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />Ben on, -Mayor <br />
