• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT FOR SUNRISE <br />MEADOWS ADDITION: <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct improvements consisting of sanitary <br />sewer, watermain, drainage and street improvements for Sunrise Meadows <br />Addition and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and <br />pursuant to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement to the Sunrise Meadows Addition be referred <br />to Mr. Ron Stahlberg for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed is feasible and as to whether it should be made <br />as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 1 •ay o April fi98. <br />ATTEST: <br />MarP�y�G.
