• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 25 - 88 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 15 - 88 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING <br />FOR PHASE TWO, D. ERICKSON'S 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on March 14, 1988 passed Resolution No. <br />15 - 88 accepting the feasibility report for phase II, <br />D. Erickson's, 2nd Addition and setting a public hearing <br />for April 11, 1988, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 15 - 88 was not published as required by <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES: <br />1. Resolution No. 15 - 88 is hereby rescinded. <br />2. That the public hearing be rescheduled for Monday, May 23, <br />1988 at 7:30 P.M. as outlined in Resolution No. 26 - 88. <br />3. The City Clerk be instructed to publish Resolution No. 26- <br />88 in the Quad Press on April 26, 1988 and May 3, 1988. <br />4. The City Clerk be instructed to send a copy of Resolution <br />No. 26 - 88 to the property owner before May 9th, 1988 as <br />required by the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this eleventh day of April, <br />1988. <br />6.-A-1..Lrd 6,14_1bW41 <br />Marilyn G.
