• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 36 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF MOST OF THE <br />ROAD AND ALL OTHER EASEMENTS IN ULMER'S RICE LAKE THIRD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the previously platted Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition is <br />being replatted into Sunrise Meadows, and <br />WHEREAS, the previously platted roads and easements will not be suited <br />to the replatted Sunrise Meadows, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set for July 11, 1988 at 7:30 P.M. <br />to consider the request to vacate most of the roads and all <br />other easements in Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this thirteenth day of June, 1988. <br />yn G.
