• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 88 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON SUNRISE <br />MEADOWS SUBDIVISION AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Resolution of the Council <br />adopted April 11, 1988 with reference to the <br />improvement of all of Ulmer's Rice Lake Third <br />Addition, and Lots 1,2,3, Block 7 Ulmer's Rice <br />Lake Addition, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of <br />such Sunrise Meadows in accordance with the <br />report and assessment of benefited property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429, and <br />the Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated <br />total cost of the improvement of $ 1,285,177.00 <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 11 day of July , 1988 in the <br />Council Chamber of the City Hall at 8:00 P.M. <br />and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as re- <br />quired by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, this 13 day of June <br />1988. <br />Benjamin .
