• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 53 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF D. ERICKSON'S SECOND ADDITION, PHASE II <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the eleventh day of April, <br />1988, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement <br />of Phase II, D. Erickson's Second Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing <br />was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the twenty third day <br />of May, 1988, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given <br />an opportunity to be heard thereon, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINN- <br />ESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted April 11, 1988. <br />Adopted by the Council this 25th day of July, 1988. <br />enjamin G.
