• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 61 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR 1988 SEAL COAT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 1988 Seal Coat <br />Program as outlined in Resolution No. 56 - 88, bids were <br />received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the <br />following bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br />Astech Corporation <br />Allied Blacktop <br />Bituminous Roadways <br />$33,974.85 <br />39,260.65 <br />45,448.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Astech Corporation with a bid of $33,974.85 <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />eNOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. <br />The Mayor and the Clerk are hereby authorzied and directed to <br />enter into the attached contract with Astech Corporation in the <br />name of the City of Lino Lakes for the 1988 Seal Coat Program <br />according to the plans and specifications therefor approved <br />by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return for- <br />thwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except <br />that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />bidder shal be retained until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of August, 1988. <br />Ma n G.
