• <br />• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION <br />ROOT GRAFT <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 74 - 88 <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK - TREASURER TO CERTIFY DELINQUENT <br />BILLS FOR COLLECTION WITH THE 1989 PROPERTY TAXES. <br />pursuant to City Code Chapter 902.05, the City Clerk - <br />Treasurer has prepared a list of residents who have del- <br />inquent Root Graft bills to be certified to the Anoka <br />County Auditor for collection with the 1988 property <br />tax statements collectable in 1989, and <br />notice of impending action was prepared on September 26, <br />1988 to be delivered to the residents, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: <br />that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota hereby does levy the following sums <br />of money collectable in the year 1989 upon the taxable <br />property in said City of Lino Lakes: <br />NAME AND ADDRESS <br />Michael S.
