Rooftop equipment shall be screened from the line of sight of pedestrians and <br />integrated into the design and massing of the roof form. <br />Materials and Methods of Construction <br />Buildings shall support regional traditions and maintain a level of craft in the process of <br />construction. Wood, masonry, and stone are appropriate building materials. <br />Consistency. Exterior materials and finishes shall convey a sense of integrity and durability. <br />Buildings must incorporate consistent, pedestrian -scale textures and details on all sides that are <br />visible from public streets and pedestrian pathways. <br />` GIass. Clear glass must be used for windows and doors; mirrored glass is prohibited. Glass <br />curtain walls are discouraged. <br />Simulated Materials. Materials that are visibly simulated or prefabricated are prohibited. Scored <br />plywood (such as "T 1-11") is prohibited. <br />
