Residence and Garage Setbacks <br />The following table summarizes minimum and maximum setbacks for residences and garages. <br />Table 7. Residence and Garage Setbacks (measured from lot line unless otherwise noted) <br />NOTES: <br />[1] Projections. Bay windows, fireplace elements, and balconies may extend into the front setback up to <br />four feet, for a width not more than 10 feet. The maximum extension of a projection into a side yard is 3 <br />feet. <br />[2] Driveways in Setback. Side driveways extending along the property lirte to a rear garage are permitted <br />and encouraged within the side yard setback. <br />[5] Depressed Parking.
