r <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 84 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR <br />THE INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND MUNICIPAL WATER IN A <br />PORTION OF THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT, ABUTTING <br />2ND AVENUE AND ACROSS THE PROPERTY OF CERTAIN RESIDENTS <br />ALONG RUSTIC LANE <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the <br />twenty fifth day of August, 1988 fixed a date for <br />a Council hearing on the proposed installation of <br />sanitary sewer and municipal water beginning at <br />Lake Drive and crossing Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, <br />Block 10, Lexington Park Lakeview and ending at <br />the Minnesota Correctional Facility according to <br />the attached map. <br />AND WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as <br />required by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given <br />and a hearing was held thereon on the twenty sixth <br />day of September, 1988, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to <br />be heard thereon. <br />AND WHEREAS, a period of sixty (60) days has elapsed after <br />the public hearing. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the twenty sixth day of <br />September, 1988. <br />2. Ronald Stahlberg of Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and <br />Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for <br />this improvement.
