2 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR RESHANAU LAKE ESTATES SOUTH, 3RD <br />ADDITION, PHASE 2B <br />WHEREAS: a certain petition requesting the improvement of Reshanau Lake <br />Estates South, 3rd Addition was duly presented to the Council <br />on November 14, 1988; and <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Council the 14th day of <br />November, 1988, a report has been prepared by Engineer Ron <br />Stahlberg with reference to the improvement and this report was <br />received by the Council on December 27, 1988; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. <br />The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed <br />by all owners of real property in the Reshanau Lake Estates <br />South, 3rd Addition named as the location of the improvement. <br />2. Mr. Ronald Stahlberg of Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and <br />Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement.
