• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-16 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR RAVENS HOLLOW <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning of the site with Ordinance No. 17 -03 on <br />September 8, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat and the allocation of MUSA <br />reserve for Ravens Hollow with Resolution 03 -134 on August 25, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Ravens Hollow received by the City January 9, 2004 is consistent <br />with the preliminary plat; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Ravens Hollow. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that signs shall be placed at the stubbed ends of Ravens Court <br />and Oak Hollow Lane indicating that these streets will be extended in the future. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th _ day of January , 2004. <br />J.
