<br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves
<br /> setback variances to allow the building to be 34 feet from the new Lake Drive right of
<br /> way, and the parking drive to be 5 feet from the new Lake Drive right of way.
