The EAW incorrectly stated that the impervious surface coverage within the. Marshan Lake Shoreland
District was calculated to be approximately 43% of the total area within the Shoreland District boundary. The
correct statement should have read that the impervious surface coverage was calculated to be
approximately 43% of the area for only the portion of the, proposed development that falls within the
Marshan Lake Shoreland District. The percent change in impervious cover within the entire Marshan Lake
Shoreland District that results from the proposed development would be substantially lower.
