CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-24 <br />RESOLUTION. APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />AND AMENDING THE PHASING PLAN <br />FOR MILLERS CROSSROADS <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning of the site with Ordinance Nos. 19 -03 an <br />20 -03 on September 22, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Millers Crossroads with <br />Resolution 03 -142 on August 22, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 03 -142 included a phasing plan for the final platting of the site with a <br />specified number of dwelling units in each phase in accordance with the City's growth <br />management policy and subdivision ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Millers Crossroads received by the City February 4, 2004 is <br />consistent with the preliminary plat, and <br />WHEREAS, amending the phasing plan does not violate City policy or ordinance as long as the <br />number of dwelling units in each phase does not change;. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Millers Crossroads. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the phasing plan approved by Resolution No. 03 -142 is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />year <br />2003 <br />2004 <br />2005 <br />2006 <br />total <br />number of units to ' <br />be final platted <br />22 <br />47 <br />50 <br />32 <br />151 <br />blocks: on revised <br />preliminary plat of <br />1, 6, <br />15 -18, <br />2 - 5 <br />22 -25 <br />10 -14, <br />19, <br />7, 8, <br />26, 27 <br />December 22, 2003 <br />21 <br />20, <br />28, 29 <br />
