CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-25 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />FOR MANSETTI'S PIZZA, 6511 WARE ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on February 9, 2004, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a new on -sale wine and <br />beer license for Mansetti's Pizza located at 6511 Ware Road, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, Mansetti's Pizza is in compliance with City City Code Section 701 <br />Concerning Liquor Licensing, and qualifies for such license and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the new on -sale wine and beer license for Mansetti's subject to all <br />the fees, provisions and conditions of the laws of the city, state and of the federal <br />government. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of 1 - , 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />_ <br />Ann J. , City Clerk <br />• <br />
