Additional Comment <br />This Environmental Board review does not include the multi -use area. There is <br />concem for the type of use that may be proposed for this area. <br />Motion by Grundhoffer to approve Marshan Estates with Environmental Board <br />comments and recommendations. The motion was 2 "d by O'Dea. Motion was <br />approved with all in favor. <br />Justin's Preserve <br />Tree Preservation <br />A tree preservation plan should be submitted following the City Tree Preservation <br />Ordinance. <br />Soils <br />Importing or exporting of soils without City permission should be prohibited. <br />Surface Water. <br />Create rain gardens to capture extra impervious runoff. Direct runoff from roofs to <br />yard and/or rain gardens. <br />Habitat Concerns <br />Inform property owners of shoreland ordinance and of the benefits of .leaving the <br />trees (both alive and dead) as habitat. <br />Other Non - Related Environmental <br />Elevation on plan for future house and lowest floor elevation should be corrected. <br />Motion to approve with staff and Environmental Board recommendations and <br />comments made by O'dea, 2m1 by O'Dea.
