• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-45 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ABATEMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PARCEL <br />NUMBERS 24- 31 -22 -24 -0006, 24- 31 -22 -24 -0008, 24- 31 -22 -24 -0009 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes adopted Resolution No. 03 -174 on October 27, 2003 <br />levying special assessments on parcel numbers 24- 31 -22 -24 -0006, 24- 31 -22 -24 -0008, 24 -31- <br />22 -24 -0009, owned by Rehbein Properties, for improvements to 21st Avenue; and, <br />WHEREAS, Rehbein Properties did prepay the amount of said special assessments prior to their <br />certification to Anoka County; and, <br />WHEREAS, the special assessments on such properties were erroneously certified to Anoka <br />County for collection with future real estate taxes; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes wishes to correct the Anoka County records for these <br />properties relative to the special assessments; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County requires that the City Council approve a resolution abating said <br />special assessments in order to correct the County records. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that certified <br />special assessments are hereby abated as follows: <br />Parcel ID Fund No. Description Amount <br />• <br />24- 31 -22 -24 -0006 83729 Street Restoration $10,566.95 <br />24- 31 -22 -24 -0006 83730 Surface Water Management 5,125.06 <br />24- 31 -22 -24 -0008 83729 Street Restoration 3,487.61 <br />24- 31 -22 -24 -0008 83730 Surface Water Management 7,681.16 <br />24- 31 -22 -24 -0009 83729 Street Restoration 21,578.81 <br />24- 31 -22 -24 -0009 83730 Surface Water Management 10,465.90 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, this 12th day of April, 2004. <br />Ann , City Clerk <br />• <br />ergesior <br />
