• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 - 48 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SOLICITOR'S /PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Mr. William Friedrichs, dba D & B Home Improvements, has submitted a <br />solicitors /peddlers applications to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. William Friedrichs has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter <br />612 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a profit business; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Depai lucent has conducted a background check on <br />Mr. Friederichs; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, the <br />said business, D & B Home Improvements, is hereby authorized to solicit door to door in <br />the City of Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) months beginning April 27, 2004 subject to <br />all conditions and provisions of the Lino Lakes City Code, Chapter 612. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26thth day of April, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />
