• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-52 <br />APPROVING TRANSFER OF EXISTING OFF -SALE <br />LIQUOR LICENSE AND ISSUANCE OF NEW TOBACCO LICENSE,FROM <br />BRIAN THORSON TO LTV AND ASSOCIATES, INC. D/B /A J & K LIQUOR <br />BOTH FOR J & K LIQUOR, 6013 HODGSON ROAD <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on April 26, 2004, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed transfer of an existing Off -Sale <br />Liquor License to applicant Lia Vang (LTV and Associates, Inc.) to continue under the <br />current business name of J & K Liquor located at 6013 Hodgson Road and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed issuance of a new tobacco license to <br />applicant for the same location and; <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the applicant, and <br />this applicant is in compliance with City Ordinance, and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the tranfer of an existing off-sale liquor license for J & K Liquor, <br />and the issuance of a new tobacco license subject to all the fees, provisions and <br />conditions of the laws of the city, state and of the federal government. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this .6 day of 4H . , 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann J. lair, City Clerk <br />B geson, Mayor <br />
