Traffic generation by the proposed use is within capabilities of streets serving the <br />property. <br />Section 2 <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the City Council on March 10, 2003 is hereby amended by rezoning from R -1X, Single <br />Family Executive Residential to Planned Unit Development, Mixed Use pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described <br />real estate: <br />Lot 8, Block 1 and Lot 9, Block 1, Oakwood View, as shown on the preliminary <br />plat submitted to the City on March 24, 2004. <br />Section 3 <br />Development shall conform with plans listed in Resolution 04 -58, and associated <br />information, and the requirements and conditions of approval listed in Resolution 04 -58. <br />Any elements of the Mixed Use PUD not specifically addressed in the approved plans <br />shall be subject to the appropriate requirements of the zoning ordinance and other <br />applicable official controls. <br />Section 4 <br />This zoning amendment is contingent upon and shall not be in effect until receipt of <br />Metropolitan Council approval of the comprehensive plan amendment approved by the <br />City Council with Resolution No 04 -34. <br />Section 5 <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and <br />previously amended. <br />Section 6 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2004 <br />ATTEST: <br />John J.
