• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-63 <br />RENEWAL APPLICATION TO PERMIT GAMBLING AT MILLERS ON MAIN <br />FOR THE CENTENNIAL FIREFIGHTERS RELIEF ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled meeting <br />Of May10, 2004; and <br />the Lino Lakes City Council discussed the Lawful Gambling of the <br />Centennial Firefighters Relief Association to conduct gambling at 8001 <br />Lake Drive, Lino Lakes; and <br />the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an investigation of the Centennial <br />Firefighters Relief Association; and <br />the Centennial Firefighters Relief Association is in compliance with City <br />Ordinance; and <br />the Centennial Firefighters Relief Association appears to take into <br />Consideration the best interests of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES hereby approves the charitable gambling activity of pull <br />tabs by the Centennial Firefighters Relief Association at 8001 Lake Drive, Lino <br />Lakes. <br />Approved by the Lino Lakes City Council on the 10th day of May, 2004. <br />Blair, City Clerk <br />Jo .
