• <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -64 <br />APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION <br />FOR THE LINO LAKES LIONS CLUB <br />the Lino Lakes City Council met at its regularly scheduled meeting of <br />May 24, 2004; and <br />the Minnesota Gambling Control Board requires the Lion Lakes Lions <br />Club to submit a resolution from the city council approving the premises <br />permit application; and <br />the City of Lino Lakes has conducted the required background <br />investigation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Lions Club is in compliance with the City Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the renewal of the premises permit application for the Lion Lakes Lions Club to <br />conduct lawful gambling at the American Legion, Post 566, 7731 Lake Drive, Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Approved by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of May, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />• <br />rgeson, Mayor <br />
