• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -76 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING <br />2004 FARMLAND LEASE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes owns approximately 50 acres of tillable property <br />at the southeast corner of Centerville Road and Birch Street; and <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes has decided to lease the land for farming <br />through December 31, 2004; and <br />WHEREAS, Bids were opened at 12:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers on May 27, <br />2004; and <br />WHEREAS, Two bids were received; and <br />• WHEREAS, The City Attorney has reviewed the submitted bids and recommends <br />that Andrew Cardinal be awarded the contract; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />directs staff to finalize the Farmland Lease Agreement, and authorizes the City Clerk and <br />mayor to sign the lease for execution. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of May, 2004. <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, jty Clerk <br />J <br />John ergeso , Mar <br />
