• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-82 <br />HOLLY DRIVE NO PARKING RESTRICTION <br />S.A.P. 210 - 109 -02 Holly Drive from Holly Court <br />to 12th Avenue in the City of <br />Lino Lakes , Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, THIS RESOLUTION was passed this day of , 2004, by the <br />City of Lino Lakes in Anoka County, Minnesota. The <br />Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City", <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, The "City', has planned the improvements of Holly Drive <br />State Aid Route No. 210 - 109 -02 from Holly Court <br />12th Avenue in the , City of Lino Lakes <br />Minnesota; and <br />to <br />WHEREAS, the "City" will be expending Municipal Street Aid Funds on the improvements of this <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid project must therefore be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br />That the "City" shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Holly Drive from <br />Holly Court to 12th Avenue at all times. <br />day of , 2004. <br />Dated this <br />ATTEST: <br />City of <br />Lino Lakes <br />Ann Blai4 ity Clerk <br />John J'cerge ,M or <br />, Minnesota. <br />
