• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-83 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITYREPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />AND CALL FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />LEGACY AT WOODS EDGE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution NO. 04 -38 adopted by the council on March 22, <br />2004, a report has been prepared by Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc., with reference to <br />the Legacy at Woods Edge project, to make improvements of street, sanitary sewer, <br />water main, storm sewer, streetscaping and sidewalks within the development area and <br />to make street and storm sewer and Traffic Signal improvements to Lake Drive adjacent <br />to the site, and this report was received by the council on June 14, 2004, and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council will consider such improvements in accordance with the report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $8,382,000. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12 day of July, <br />2004 in the council chambers of the city hall at 6:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of sch hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of June, 2004. <br />Ann J.
