CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-92 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE I 35 W/E COALITION <br />WHEREAS, Interstates 35 E and 35 W are vital transportation system elements within <br />the City of Lino Lakes, and; <br />WHEREAS, these and other roadways serve and impact local communities, and; <br />WHEREAS, traffic generated by land development in one community affects other <br />communities, and; <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the public for local communities to work together <br />on long range transportation infrastructure planning; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />approves the Joint Powers Agreement for the Transportation Infrastructure Planning for <br />the I -35 W/E Coalition. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 2.8 day of 4 u • <br />2003 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, <br />
