• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -97 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.1 AND PAYMENT REQUEST NO. 2 — <br />TWILIGHT ACRES WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project has been begun, <br />AND WHEREAS, relocation of mailboxes, subcut of additional sod areas, additional sod for the <br />sewer project area, and installation of additional sanitary sewer service for the Twilight Acres <br />Watermain Improvements, <br />AND WHEREAS, a complete breakdown is spelled out in the Change Order; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Change Order No.1 resulting in a increase of $14,056.84 bringing the contract amount to <br />$179,249.34 and Pay Request No. 2 in the amount of $26,875.58 is approved for the <br />Twilight Acres Watermain Improvements. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of July 2004. <br />Ann J.
