The Lino Lakes Lions <br />Club is requesting approval of a 1 to 4 Day Temporary On -Sale Liquor License application, <br />which is necessary to allow the Lions Club to mix and dispense liquor that will be served as part <br />of the dinner. The club is also requesting approval of an application to conduct off -sit gambling. <br />City policy requires a background investigation each time a permit or license application is <br />received. The Lino Lakes Police Department conducted an investigation of the applicant and <br />found no reason to deny the application. <br />A copy of the applications and a copy of the certificate of liquor liability insurance are on file in <br />the city clerk's office. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 04 -117, application for the 1 to 4 day temporary on -sale liquor <br />license and application to conduct off -site gambling. <br />2. Deny Resolution. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />1. <br />Approve Resolution No. 04 -117. <br />
