MEETING DATE: <br />TOPIC: <br />AGENDA ITEM 6 C <br />Jeff Smyser <br />August 23, 2004 <br />Resolution No. 04 -121 <br />Final Plat: Crystal Cove <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat for Crystal Cove with Resolution 03 -141 <br />on September 8, 2003. This project involves developing Outlot B of Highland Meadows <br />East, which is on the south side of 79th St. just west of Lake Drive. <br />The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat. The development agreement is <br />in progress and will be completed prior to City Council review. The City Attorney's <br />review of the title commitment is complete. Conditions of approval will be addressed <br />within the development agreement. <br />A utility easement issue that was discussed at the P & Z has been resolved by rerouting <br />the connections and eliminating the need for the additional easement. The current <br />proposal is acceptable. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve Resolution 04 -121 approving the final plat for Crystal Cove. <br />2. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
