Cover letter from Schoell and Madson, Inc. dated August 20, 2004. <br />2. 10 -year storm frequency calculations dated August 20, 2004. <br />3. Application for General Stormwater Pennit for Construction Activity <br />4. Rice Creek Watershed District Infiltration Worksheet dated June 21, 2004. <br />5. Copy of Rice Creek Watershed District Permit Application Number 04 -075, dated August 20, 2004. <br />6. Storm sewer drainage area sheet dated August 19, 2004. <br />7. Cover letter from Ronald Fuchs dated August 20, 2004. <br />8. Full size and half size preliminary plan sets dated August 19, 2004. <br />Comments provided per the previous review memorandums remain effective as applicable. Additional <br />comments are as follows: <br />1. The property is adjacent to the Anoka County Roadway. Therefore, the Preliminary and Final plats will <br />require the review of the County. It is not expected that any construction related permits from Anoka <br />County will be required. However, any side grading into the Anoka County right of way would require a <br />permit. <br />II,. . The Landscape Plan does not appear to show any nQ lanti <br />p b locations that would interfere with <br />underground utilities. However, there are at least some trees shown located within swaled or infiltration <br />areas. Special care must be taken during actual construction and subsequent plantings to assure that <br />plantings will not be installed over any underground utilities or within drainageways.
