Development has submitted a request for a conditional use permit for a <br />residential planned unit development (PUD), and development stage plan/preliminary <br />plat. The subject site is four acres of property at the northeast corner of Lake Drive and <br />Aqua Lane, adjacent to the existing Marshan Lake Condominiums. A PUD is required <br />for multi - family development in a shoreland area.
