• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -145 <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING LEASE AGREEMENT TO FARM <br />PROPERTY AT CENTERVILLE ROAD AND BIRCH STREET <br />WHEREAS, Bids were received and publicly opened on October 5, 2004 at 10:00 am in <br />the City Council Chambers for a lease agreement to farm land owned by the City of Lino <br />Lakes located at the south -east corner of Centerville Road and Birch Street; and <br />WHEREAS, The lease agreement is for a term of three years, beginning January 1, 2005. <br />Also, proof of insurance is required prior to any work being done on the property; and <br />WHEREAS, The city attorney has reviewed the two submitted bids and has indicated that <br />the City Council can accept the highest bid. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby <br />awards the lease agreement to Mr. Montain with a total bid of $7,686.00, and <br />authorizes the city clerk and mayor to sign the lease for execution. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 8th day of November, 2004. <br />
