CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-162 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR <br />SPEISER ACRES <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City <br />ordinances, and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Speiser Acres was approved with Resolution 04 -140 <br />by the City Council on September 27th, 2004 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Speiser Acres complies with City requirements and the <br />conditions of Resolution 04 -140 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the final plat for Speiser Acres. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of October, 2004. <br />John ; / : erges6n, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City{ Clerk <br />
