• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -178 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE CENTURY TRAIL LIFT <br />STATION <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Century Trail Lift Station has been completed by <br />Carl Bolander and Sons, Co. and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Number 7 (final) in the amount of $3,991.76 and Compensating <br />Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $2,403.59 are approved for a total contract <br />amount of $79,833.41. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 22nd day of November, 2004. <br />JoI4 J.
