CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-195 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY <br />PARTNERSHIP <br />WHEREAS, Lino Lakes staff has identified the need for information technology <br />expertise in maintaining the city's computer networks; and <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that out - sourcing for this expertise is the <br />most efficient and cost - effective way of meeting this need; and <br />WHEREAS, Lino Lakes staff has met with the City of Roseville and negotiated a <br />joint powers agreement to enter into a partnership to provide information services <br />to the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
