CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04-198 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE BLACK DUCK PUMPING <br />STATION <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Black Duck Pumping Station has been completed <br />by Northdale Construction Company and; <br />WHEREAS, the two -year warranty period for this project began November 10, 2004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />Payment Number 4 (final) in the amount of $16,829.11 is approved for a total <br />contract amount of $288,018.17. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 20th day of December, 2004. <br />Jo J.
