STAFF ORIGINATOR: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MEETING DATE: <br />AGENDA ITEM 6G <br />Michael Grochala <br />December 20, 2004 <br />TOPIC: Consideration of Resolution No. 04 -202 Approving <br />Legacy at Woods Edge Subdivision /PUD Contract <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council approved the Development Stage Plan /Preliminary Plat of Village No. <br />2 (Legacy at Woods Edge) on March 8, 2004. Staff has prepared a Subdivision /PUD <br />Contract for the development in accordance with the preliminary plat approval and City <br />policy. <br />The contract sets forth the obligations of the Developer, as the proposed project <br />proceeds, including security for developer improvements, escrow dollars to cover city <br />incurred costs, trunk utility charges and park dedication fees. <br />The City Attorney has reviewed the contract and approved it for City execution. <br />Hartford Development, Inc. has reviewed the contract and is aware of the conditions <br />sefforth. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the Subdivision /Planned Unit Development Contract. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
