McLean Construction 265,473.65 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Annandale Contracting of <br />Annandale, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into the attached contract with Annandale Con - <br />tracting, Annandale, Minnesota in the name of the City <br />of Lino Lakes for the improvement of D. Erickson's 2nd <br />Addition, Phase II according to the plans and specific- <br />ations therefor approved by the City Council and on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.
