Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Consideration of Aplication from Circle Pines Utility <br />Commission for Gas Installation for Sunrise Meadows - Mr. <br />Bisel moved to approve the application contigent upon the <br />developer providing the proper map. Mr. Neal seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Gambling License for Lino Lakes Lions Club - Mr. Bohjanen <br />moved to approve this application and waive the thirty day <br />waiting period. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Gambling License for Twin City Lawmens Athletic Association <br />- There were several questions raised by the Council; Who is <br />this organization? Should they be investigated as liquor <br />license applicants are investigated? Can there be two <br />different organizations operating at one location? Mr. <br />Bisel moved to delay action on this request until this <br />organization presents a plan for the location of the <br />operation and makes a presentation as to where the proceeds <br />will be spent and who the Twin City Lawmen Athletic <br />Association are and what the rental fee is. Mr. Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Benson noted receipt of a certificate of appreciation <br />for membership in the League of Minnesota Cities for thirty <br />years. <br />Mr. Schumacher noted that the County Assessors have started <br />working on the 1989 assessment within this City. A notice <br />was printed in the local newspapers. <br />PLANNING AND ZONING REPORT <br />John McLean , Outlot A - Mr. Bisel moved to table this <br />request as the applicant is not in attendance.
