098 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 27, 1988 <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve Resolution No. 41 - 88. Mr. Neal <br />seconded the motion. Mrs. Anderson read the resolution. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 41 - 88 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR RESHANAU LAKE <br />ESTATES SOUTH, 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement <br />of Reshanau Lake Estates South, 2nd Addition was <br />duly presented to the Council on March 14, 1988; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Council <br />the 14th day of March, 1988, a report has been <br />prepared by Engineer Ron Stahlberg with reference <br />to the improvement and this report was received <br />by the Council on April 11, 1988; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was <br />signed by all owners of real property in the Reshanau <br />Lake Estates South, 2nd Addition named as the location <br />of the improvement. <br />2. Mr. Ronald Stahlberg of Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson <br />and Associates is hereby designated at the engineer for <br />this improvement.
