Mr. Schumacher <br />explained that the area selected by the Park Board can be <br />developed but it will require some negotiating with the DNR <br />and RCWD. <br />Mr. Maw asked if the park could be located on Outlot A. Mr. <br />Stahlberg said that Outlot A is above the 100 year flood <br />elevation. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to close the public hearing at 8:07 P.M. <br />Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Since the consideration of a rezone requires a four fifths <br />vote of the Council and there were only three members <br />present, Mr. Bisel moved to move this item to #15C on the <br />agenda. Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />PUBLIC HEARING, VACATION OF STREETS AND EASEMENTS IN SUNRISE <br />MEADOWS, RESOLUTION NO. 51 - 88 <br />Councilmember Bohjanen opened the public hearing at 8:08 <br />P.M. The purpose of the public hearing was to hear comments <br />regarding the vacation of most of the streets and all of the <br />utility easements in Ulmer's Rice Lake Third Addition so <br />that Sunrise Meadows can be platted and recorded. There was <br />no input from the audience. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to close the public hearing at 8:10 P.M. <br />Mr. Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Reinert arrived at 8:10 P.M. and assumed the position of <br />Acting Mayor. <br />Mr. Bisel moved to approve Resolution No. 51 - 88. Mr. <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion.
