CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT OF <br />SEWER SERVICE AREA NO. 5 AS OUTLINED IN THE LINO LAKES <br />COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN UPDATE DATED FEBRUARY 8, 1989 <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve the area designated as <br />Sewer Service Area No. 5 as outlined in the Lino <br />Lakes Comprehensive Sewer Plan Update dated <br />February 8, 1989 by the installation of <br />sanitary sewer in a portion of this area and to <br />assess the benefited property for all or a portion <br />of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of <br />the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Engineer, Ron Stahlberg for study and that he is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising <br />the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as <br />recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 13th day of March, 1989. <br />Benjamin G.
