Between Principal Buildings. Not less than one-half (1/2) the sum of the <br />building heights of the two (2) buildings. <br />(3) Height Regulations. No building in the NB District shall be erected or structurally <br />altered to exceed thirty-five (35) feet in height. <br />(4) Impervious Surface Coverage. In no event shall off-street parking space, structures of <br />any type, buildings, or other features cover more than sixty-five (65) percent of the lot area <br />resulting in less than thirty-five (35) percent pervious <br />landscaped area. <br />(5) Building Requirements. All newly constructed commercial buildings shall meet the <br />exterior building standards of § 1007.043 (2)(d) of this Ordinance. <br />(6) Permitted Uses. In the NB District, unless otherwise provided in this Ordinance, no <br />building or land shall hereafter be erected, or structurally altered except for one or more of the <br />following uses. <br />(a) Adult use — accessory. <br />(b) Governmental or public regulated utilities, buildings, or structures necessary for the <br />health, safety, and general welfare of the City. <br />(c) Office business — clinic. <br />(d) Office business — general. <br />7-2 <br />
