§ 1007.114 SC, SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT/PDO, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />OVERLAY <br />(1) Land formerly within a SC, Shopping Center District that has been rezoned to <br />PDO, Planned Development Overlay prior to adoption of this ordinance shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the PDO ordinance. Where provisions are not specified within the PDO ordinance <br />the property shall be governed by the requirements of the GB, General Business District. (as <br />amended per ord.
