CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-130 <br />AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH WSB AND <br />ASSOCIATES FOR THE UPDATE OF THE I35E CORRIDOR ALTERNATIVE <br />URBAN AREAWIDE REVIEW <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, as the Responsible Governmental Unit, authorized the <br />preparation of an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) with Resolution No. 05-51; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City prepared a Draft I -35E Corridor AUAR document and the City Council <br />authorized distribution it for public comment with Resolution No. 05-85; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City distributed the I -35E Corridor Final AUAR as authorized by the City <br />Council with Resolution No. 05-144; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Final AUAR with Resolution No. 05-159; and <br />WHEREAS, MN Rules require an update of the AUAR every five years after the adoption of <br />the original AUAR; and <br />WHEREAS, the AUAR was last updated in October of 2010, and <br />WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, has submitted a proposal to perform such services; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That staff is authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB & Associates to update the I - <br />35E Corridor Alternative Urban Areawide Review in the amount of $15,200. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
