CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-135 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR <br />MUNICIPAL WATER SYSTEM MODELING <br />WHEREAS, the City is responsible for maintaining their water system effectively, and providing <br />municipal utilities to proposed developments which are in accordance with the City's <br />comprehensive land use plan; and <br />WHEREAS, water system modeling is used to efficiently manage system performance, operations, <br />and planning; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, Inc. is the City's consulting engineer, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />approves the Professional Services Contract with WSB & Associates, Inc for WaterCad Water <br />System Modeling and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said agreement on behalf of <br />the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of November, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />1 <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
