COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 23, 1990 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called <br />to order at 7:00 P.M., April 23, 1990 by Mayor Bisel. <br />Council Members present: Bohjanen, Reinert, Neal. Council <br />Members absent: Kuether. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />Engineers, Dan Boxrud and Darrell Schneider; Planner, John <br />Miller; Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer, <br />Marilyn Anderson were also present. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Regular Council Meeting, April 9, 1990 - Council Member <br />Reinert moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council <br />Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Board of Review, April 10, 1990 - Council Member Bohjanen <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member <br />Reinert seconded the motion. Council Member Reinert asked <br />that a written•follow -up be given to the Council from the <br />Assessor indicating how the various items were resolved. <br />Voting on the motion. Motion carried with Council Member <br />Neal abstaining. <br />Council Work Session, April 11, 1990 - Council Member Neal <br />moved to approve these minutes as presented. Council Member <br />Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried with Council <br />Member Bohjanen abstaining. <br />CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF DISBURSEMENTS <br />April 23, 1990 Disbursements - Council Member Reinert moved <br />to approve these disbursements as presented. Council Member <br />Bohjanen seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. _ <br />April 20, 1990 Centennial Fire District Disbursements - <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve these disbursements as <br />presented. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />Mayor Bisel asked about the disbursement for pop during a <br />fire call. Council Member Neal explained that this was for <br />refreshment while the firemen were fighting a grass fir <br />During the winter coffee is served to the fire fighter:. <br />Mayor Bisel said he felt that the Fire District should of <br />pay for pop during fire drills etc. but he understood t e <br />need for refreshment during an actual fire. After fur hr <br />discussion, Council Member Reinert noted that there is need <br />to replenish body fluids during a fire emergency and d not <br />have a problem with this disbursement. <br />Voting on the motion, motion carried unanimously. <br />OPEN MIKE <br />No one appeared under Open Mike. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
