3S <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION ABATING 1990 INSTALLMENT OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, <br />FUND NO. 948 ON PARCELS PIN 28- 31 -22 -12 -0051, 28- 31- 22 -12- <br />0057 AND 28- 31 -22 -12 -0058 <br />WHEREAS: an assessment was certified to the above mentioned <br />three parcels for 1990, and <br />WHEREAS: these three parcels were tax forfeit to the State <br />of Minnesota and all assessments were previously <br />cancelled, and <br />WHEREAS: the parcels were sold at Sheriff's auction in the <br />fall of 1989, and <br />WHEREAS: the new property owners have now received property <br />tax statements with a 1990 assessment installment <br />included with the property taxes, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. The 1990 installment for Special Assessment Fund No. 948 <br />on Lot 5, Block 8, Lakes Addition No. 3, PIN. 28- 31 -12- <br />0051 in the amount of $1,162.08; Lot 11, Block 8, Lakes <br />Addition No., PIN. 28- 31 -22 -12 -0057 in the amount of <br />$898.00 and Lot 12, Block 8, Lakes Addition No. 3, PIN. <br />28- 31 -22 -12 -0058 in the amount of $1,109.26 is hereby <br />abated. <br />�2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />County Auditor of Anoka County for abatement and he is <br />directed to prepare a "Corrected" 1990 property tax <br />statement for the above described property. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of <br />April, 1990. <br />Cvc¢�iL- <br />old L.
